Smoked Pork Sandwiches

Ron smoked a pork roast today and we ate pork sandwiches while watching the Superbowl today. Our team, the Seahawks, lost, but we are still proud of them! Go Seahawks! I posted new recipes today taking the count up from 20 to 53 recipes total in the index. I'll post the recipe for the sandwich later in the week.
