Halibut, Broccolini, and Roasted Potatoes

We found a new Halibut recipe tonight at Odyssey Seafood. The last time I cooked Halibut with Balsamic Glaze by Giada De Laurentiis I wasn't impressed. However, this recipe redeems Halibut and we consider it a keeper. Unfortunately, I did not capture a picture to share with you. :(

If you like Halibut, I think you'll definitely like to try Halibut Almondine.
