Chicken Marsala

We finally made Chicken Marsala for this week. I tried to capture the flaming, but alas it was an elusive task. We cooked Basmati rice and served with the chicken. It was pure silence while eating so you know we both loved it. I thick-chopped the mushrooms which really makes a difference from using slices. They remain meaty and feel like you are eating something substantial.
