Hot, Hot, Hot Wings!

We had hot wings for dinner tonight. The picture shows Ron cooking them in his secret sauce (all I know is Texas Pete's Hot Sauce is the main ingredient). After he simmers them on the stove, he then bakes them in the oven, basting them with the boiled sauce. They were very good and flavorful. The flavor is cooked into the meat through the boiling process.
