Swordfish Milanese and Roasted Asparagus with Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

I saw Giada De Laurentiis cook Swordfish Milanese on Food Network. I didn't do the argula since Ron doesn't like it. But the fish turned out great.


This was my second time cooking asparagus. I really don't know what I did last time but it was terrible. The stems were woody and tasted tree-like. But after watching Ina Garten on Food Network I tried her recipe for roasting it in the oven and we both really liked it. I also made a hollandaise sauce I found on the Internet which was a lot of work for the couple of spoonfuls we ate.


And just in case the asparagus didn't turn out, I also had Ron grill Portobello Mushrooms, which is a recipe I found at All Recipes
