Chicken Marsala

We fixed Chicken Marsala tonight. The wine did not flame and we think it was because the wine was cold. However, the chicken was fantastic and the sauce is to die for. This has got to be my new favorite dish. I forgot to make mashed potatoes so instead we had seasoned fries. I love the crunch and soft of this meal.
