Christmas Day Breakfast

This morning I cooked "Corn Grits" otherwise known as "Polenta." They had a different texture than the white grits we are used to, but I added a little cream and butter and they really had a creamy flavor. I will definitely make them again. I cooked some bacon in the microwave and he had some toast to go along with his meal.

It was a nice change from the fast-paced day to day quick breakfast I normally have.
