Cheesy 'Lil Smokies Pasta and Roasted Chicken

We had some leftover penne pasta in the fridge and added cheese and pork 'lil smokies browned in olive oil to create "Cheesy 'Lil Smokies Pasta." When we were at the store they had some freshly roasted chickens and I picked out a Southwest Roasted Chicken to complement the Mac and Cheese. Dinner was very good. I love the lil smokies sausage cooked in with the mac and cheese.
