Tequila Lime Chicken with Black Beans and Corn over Rice

Tonight's dinner was sooooooo good. Tequila Lime Chicken and a black bean dish over rice. Yummy! I love this meal. The chicken is marinated in a citrus mix and the black bean dish complements those flavors so well. I only cook my black bean dish in a cast iron skillet. It is the perfect cookware to conduct the right amount of heat for the proper cooking.
